Welcome back to another one of my health blogs where I give you options for eating healthy. My goal is get everyone healthier and to give anyone a hand who is looking for one. So lets get right into it. Today's diet comes from poor land of Chad. Which if you didn't know is in Africa. Chadian Diet has the healthiest diets overall, so lets break it down.
Chad is made up of over 140+ different ethnic groups, whose diets are as diverse as their cultural traditions. "The researchers found that those who live in the world's wealthiest countries such as the U.S, Canada, New Zealand and Australia have some of the poorest quality diets due to having the highest consumption of unhealthy foods. So what you are waiting for...what goes in a Chadian Diet? The Chadians eat a lot of grains such as millet, sorghum, rice plus plenty of fruit and vegetables and nuts especially peanuts. They also make goat cheese but dairy produce is rare. This is a diet which is something that I would definitely recommend to my fellow vegetarians.
